Strong emotions, including anger and sadness - Stuck emotions coming to the surface to clear - can be uncomfortable and confusing. Reminding yourself this can happen after a session can help. If you’d like support through this, call me.
Unusual bowel movements - Literally, letting go.
Repressed memories - Previously blocked memories are remembered to be worked on - rare.
Body discomfort may worsen - Stirred-up energy and emotions can stir up pain, which usually settles in a few days.
Other issues start to come to the surface - There are often underlying issues that surface once the top issue has cleared.

Feeling more comfortable with people or in situations - when triggers clear, the emotional charge becomes less or dissipates.
Taking better care of yourself - Discovering a happier, healthier, kinder relationship with yourself.
Feeling lighter and more resilient - Like 'something' has been lifted (which it has).
Feeling stronger within yourself - This may look like setting stronger boundaries and learning to say "no".
Sleeping better - Looping thoughts may switch off/quieten more easily.
